Therefore, no physical items are shipped.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

In most cases, digital delivery is instant. However, please allow up to 1–2 hours in case of server delays or payment verification.


2. Delivery Method

Your purchased digital product(s) will be delivered via:

Make sure to provide a valid and active email address during checkout to ensure successful delivery.


3. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital product within the expected time frame:

  • Ensure your payment was successfully processed.

Our team will verify and re-send the download link if necessary.


4. No Physical Shipping

Since Jai Maa Kali Enterprises deals exclusively in digital goods, we do not offer physical shipping, courier, or postal delivery services.
All transactions and deliveries are completed electronically.


5. Product Access Duration

After purchase, your download link will remain accessible for a specified duration (usually 7–15 days).
We recommend downloading and securely storing your product files immediately after purchase.

Refund Policy

At Jai Maa Kali Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the digital nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy after a product has been downloaded.

Please Note:

  • All sales of digital goods (eBooks, WordPress themes, plugins, software) are final and non-refundable once the download link is accessed.

  • Refunds may be considered only if:

    • You are charged twice for the same product.

    • The product file is corrupt or incomplete and cannot be accessed even after our support team assists.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

However, due to the digital nature of our products, we maintain a clear policy regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges as outlined below.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for digital products (eBooks, WordPress themes, plugins, software, etc.) cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed.

  • Since the product is made available instantly via digital download, cancellation requests made after payment will not be accepted.

  • If your payment was made by mistake or charged twice, please contact our support team immediately at [your support email address] with your order details. We will verify and process a refund if applicable.


2. Return Policy

  • As all products sold by Jai Maa Kali Enterprises are intangible digital goods, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

  • Once the product download link has been accessed or the product has been downloaded, it is considered delivered and consumed.

  • No returns will be entertained after digital delivery has occurred.


3. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer product exchanges for digital downloads.

  • In case you accidentally purchase the wrong digital product, please contact us before downloading it. If the product has not yet been downloaded, we may, at our sole discretion, consider an exchange for a product of equal value.


4. Exceptions (Eligible for Review)

A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

  • You were charged twice for the same product.

  • The downloaded file is corrupt or inaccessible, and our support team fails to provide a working replacement within 48 hours.

  • Proof of payment

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.


5. Non-Refundable Clause

Please note that once a digital product has been downloaded, it becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this non-refundable digital goods policy.
